Lemon Raspberry Muffin Recipe
Cream together 3/4 cups sugar, 1/4 cup powdered milk, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup oil.
In a separate bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups flour, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. lemon extract, and 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract.
Blend with liquid ingredients and add 3/4 cups milk. Add 2 tsp. grated lemon peel and 1/4 cup dried raspberry nuggets. Drop into muffin tins and bake at 350 for 14 minutes. Enjoy!
