Wonder Flour in Your Kitchen

 I've got to give the credit to Chef Brad, grain guru extaordinaire. He introduced this flour in my kitchen some years ago, and I've been using it ever since.

The Recipe for Wonder Flour:

Grind equal parts of the following grains in your electric Wondermill and enjoy:


  • Spelt
  • Brown Rice or Sweet Brown Rice  
  • Barley

While it looks just like white flour, it does have a sweeter taste. Just substitute it straight across for white flour in all of your baked goods (that don't include yeast, such as bread.) 


This Wonder Flour does not need to be refrigerated, so it's easy to store in your pantry. What's more, it will help you rotate your grain supply, and you'll be eating healthier everyday. Woohoo!
