Explore a variety of grains as you learn to prepare them ahead of time for the whole week! Whether you store brown rice, quinoa, buckwheat, or millet, make a plan to use them frequently.
In my home, I usually cook up 2 varieties of beans, and 2 or more varieties of grains at the beginning of each week. Then, I add them to salads, soups, and other recipes.
