Egg-less Eggnog...

This deliciously decadent drink is now even better, with no eggs!

Egg-less Eggnog

2 quarts (8 cups) milk
1 pkg. ( 3.5 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. heavy whipping cream

Pour pudding into a pitcher of jug with a tight fitting lid. Add milk and shake until pudding powder is thoroughly mixed and dissolved, about 2 minutes. Mix sugar, nutmeg, and cinnamon in a small cup or bowl. Add sugar and spice mixture as well as the vanilla to the milk and pudding mixture. Stir or shake vigorously. Add heavy cream and stir thoroughly.
