
Thanks to Alivia who shared her favorite way to use Coconut Oil in her baking...
Now with whole grains and Coconut Oil, we can all enjoy a true favorite and feel better about it!
Alivia's Chocolate Chip Cookies
Mix together:
3/4 cup melted/softened Coconut Oil
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup water
Stir and add to above mixture:
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
4 cups oats
Any fun stuff you like:
- shredded coconut
- Chocolate chips
- Nuts
- Cranberries
- Etc.
Drop by rounded teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees.
