Grab your skewers and start stacking! Helping kids make healthy choices
when they snack can start with something this easy, and they'll have fun
doing it...(this could even work with lightly steamed vegetables!)
Try kiwi, strawberry, pineapple, cantaloupe, watermelon, bananas, and
even a little cheese, and see how they gobble them up.
I also love to serve these up with a little fruit dip...here's the recipe:
1 cup strawberry or cherry yogurt
2 tbsp. softened cream cheese
Stir together until smooth, and serve along with the fruit skewers.
