A Review on Yogurt Making...

With just 2 simple ingredients, you can enjoy ALL NATURAL homemade yogurt in your kitchen everyday.

Homemade Smoothie Packets:

1/4 cup frozen berries
1 banana, cut into chunks
2 Tbsp. mango or pineapple, cut into chunks
1 handful of greens (spinach, kale, or chard)
2 Tbsp. orange juice concentrate
1 Tbsp. flax seed oil

Combine all ingredients in a freezer ziploc sandwich bag.
I like to make 24 or so at a time so that when I'm in a hurry
I can just grab one and go.

Combine the smoothie packet with 1/2 cup homemade 
yogurt, and blend in a blender until smooth. Enjoy!
