Homemade Rice Roni

Incorporating whole grains in your everyday favorites can

Anitra's Rice Roni Blend

1/2 cup whole wheat spaghetti, broken into 1/2 inch pieces
1/2 cup rice ( I prefer Basmati)
2 Tbsp. red Quinoa

Combine all ingredients in a small snack size bag and store in a food grade container. You'll love our Click n Flips!

To make the Rice Roni...

Melt 2 Tbsp. butter in a saucepan. Add all the packet ingredients and allow to brown 
for 2-3 minutes. Slowly add 2 cups chicken broth, and reduce the heat to low, covering
the mixture as it cooks. Cook 20 minutes or until the rice and pasta are done. Fluff with
a fork, and add some fresh chopped parsley.
