Powdered Cream Cheese...Keep it Simple!

Imagine enjoying cream cheese anytime you want by simply adding water to powder!

It's possible, with our creamy 100% real Cream Cheese Powder. You can bake with it, use it for spreads and dressings, and it's a perfect addition to your food storage program.


Mini Cheesecake Tart Recipe

Nilla wafers
1 cup cream cheese powder
1/4 cup water, or more for a softer cream cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup sugar or 1/4 cup Xagave

In a small bowl, combine cream cheese powder, water, eggs, vanilla, and sugar. Beat well with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. You'll want a pancake-like batter. (Mine in the video is a little too thin!)

Line a mini muffin pan with paper liners, and place a small Nilla Wafer in each liner.

Top with 1 tbsp. of cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes, until cheesecakes are slightly firm, and domed, but not browned. Remove from the oven and cool in the refrigerator for
1-2 hours until completely chilled. Top with sliced fruit. Enjoy!
