Cranberry Pomegranate Vinaigrette

1/2 ccranberries, fresh or frozen
1/2 cpomegranate juice
1/4 corange juice
3/4 cchampagne vinegar
1/2 shallot, peeled
4 cloves garlic
1 tspdried thyme
2 tbspDijon mustard
1 tspground mustard
1/2 cgranulated sugar
1 tspkosher or sea salt
1/4 tspground white pepper
1 ccanola oil

Add all ingredients except oil to blender in order listed and secure lid. Select “Speed 1” and run for 15 seconds. Remove plastic vent part of lid, and slowly add oil until cycle is finished.
