1/2 c | cranberries, fresh or frozen |
1/2 c | pomegranate juice |
1/4 c | orange juice |
3/4 c | champagne vinegar |
1/2 | shallot, peeled |
4 | cloves garlic |
1 tsp | dried thyme |
2 tbsp | Dijon mustard |
1 tsp | ground mustard |
1/2 c | granulated sugar |
1 tsp | kosher or sea salt |
1/4 tsp | ground white pepper |
1 c | canola oil |
Add all ingredients except oil to blender in
order listed and secure lid. Select “Speed 1” and run for 15 seconds.
Remove plastic vent part of lid, and slowly add oil until cycle is
finished.
