Oatmeal Blueberry Protein Pancakes...

Turn your breakfast smoothie into a pancake (or two)! How? Here's the recipe...

Oatmeal Blueberry Protein Pancakes:

1/2 cup old fashioned oatmeal
1/3 cup egg whites
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 T ground flaxseed
1/4 ripe banana
1 T greek yogurt
1 t cinnamon
1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Pulse all ingredients except blueberries in a blender until smooth. Pour batter onto a lightly oiled griddle, dropping several blueberries into each pancake. Bake each side until golden brown, and enjoy!
