Fat Flush & Organ Cleansing Drink...

I LOVE this drink! It's refreshing and tart, and I can FEEL it helping my body to feel energized, cleansed, and alert! I got this recipe from my personal trainer, and it's flattened my tummy, brightened my skin and eyes, and gives me more energy than I EVER got from my 2 hour nap!  Give it a try, and leave your comment below...

Blueberry Healer

1 cup frozen blueberries
1 whole cucumber, peeled and chunked
1 whole lemon, peeled
2 Tbsp. fresh mint leaves
1 Tbsp. fresh ginger root
16 oz. water
1-2 Tbs. Chia Seeds

Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender until smooth. Just before drinking, add 1-2 Tbsp. Chia Seeds to your drink, stirring with a spoon. This recipe is enough for 2 servings. One for your morning snack, and one for your afternoon snack. Enjoy feeling energized and revived!

What are Chia Seeds? Wow! A "sweeper" in your body, helping to flush away toxins, while helping to give you more energy and boost your immune. You'll get hooked!

*Lately I've been using frozen cranberries instead of blueberries, simply because I had left overs from the holidays. It's delicious as well, and full of antioxidants!
