Last week, we asked if you would like an online food storage training program similar to what Anitra holds in her home. We couldn't believe the response. My in-box was literally flooded with responses . . . with information that you would like to learn as well as many very kind remarks. Thank you. 

What was most rewarding to us, however, were the many nice comments.  I hope I don't cross any lines of impropriety.  I didn't specifically ask to use your comments, but I just wanted to share your enthusiasm.  I did not include names.

I just want to thank you so much for this site.  We are a family of 6 on one income and I have to stretch pennies at times but my husband and I EVERY month get something for food storage. . . . Our area cannery is out of wheat entirely until the fall.  . . . . I really just wanted to express my deep thanks for your time and efforts working on this site and video classes, etc.  It is a great site and I tell every I know who worries about food storage about your site.  I have learned a great deal through this site.

I LOVE your site.  I have learned so much.  I never thought that I would have beans in my food storage 4 months ago.  I do now and loving them.

I have been slowly preparing for the past couple of years, but I still don't know if I'm doing it "right" or the most efficent way. I need to have it spelled out for me right from the beginning! So any online class that you would have would help me so much. . . . I could spend my whole day trying to research all of this! You are very brave and inspired people to undertake such a project!  May God bless your efforts in this.  And if you are able to set up an internet class, I'll be there with everyone I can convince (drag) to join also!

I'm so glad that I found you guys - you have YouTube to thank for that! I have shared your web site and I'm talking to all my friends and relatives, but I must say that most are not responsive. Everyone that I talk to has their head in the sand and think that I've gone off the deep end. So my husband and I are just quietly preparing for our own family and storing a little extra to share with others when the time comes. . . . Your web-site is such a BLESSING and I love being able to connect with like minded folks. Keep up the good work and I look forward to new teaching materials.

Yes, there are many who are "not responsive," but that just gives us  more incentive to help those who have ears to hear.  I wish I could post all of your comments. They make me want to work harder and do more. I hope you feel the same.

So, with all of your requests, we definitely decided we couldn't sit back. We don't have the details yet, but we are definitely putting together an online training course. We're calling it Eating Gourmet the Food Storage Way, Helping You Bring Your Food Storage to the Table and Loving It. We know that this needs to be done soon, but we also intend to make this program excellent.

As we started brainstorming, we became more and more excited. We think we have come up with something that will take you from novice to experienced in a very short time period, step by step, question and answer. We know that the economy is changing quickly, so we are working as fast as we can, and Eating Gourmet the Food Storage Way will waste no time.
