Instead
of
buying a $4.00 loaf of bread,
why not eat all your meals
gourmet style for a fraction of that?
And that's just the beginning. . . .
Look,
I'll get right to the point. The economy is getting personally
painful. You feel it every day at the pump. It hurts every time you buy
a loaf of bread or a pound of meat. Even if you can afford to
increase your food budget, you feel a knot in your stomach each time
you
approach the cashier. If you don't take action, the choke hold will
only get tighter. Eating
Gourmet the Food Storage Way Online Training
is about more than just food storage . . . far more.
Eating
Gourmet is
about
organization, wise shopping, and personal efficiency. It is also about
confidence. It
isn't about the price
of training; it's about the cost of inaction.
Anitra Kerr has lived and taught the principles of integrating food
storage into her daily pantry for years. It isn't something she just
happend upon. She knows it; she lives it; and she teaches it weekly.
Some of you are fortunate enough to actually attend her limited, sold
out classes. She runs almost non-stop helping countless individuals
learn in large groups when she can. But most of us don't have that
opportunity because of distance. On KSL, she talked about how she reduced
her original food bill from $250.00 to $50.00 per week. That means she
feeds her family of 6 (all hungry boys) on about $50.00 per week. But
she knows how to make delicious meals. What could that do for
you?
How
would you like to have Anitra live via streaming video teaching you
in the comfort of your home in a series of 12 online sessions?
I am so excited about the
upcoming
online training that you are offering. Everything about the information
on the website has already helped so much. For the past year, I have
been feeling so strongly that I need to get my home in order and be
better prepared, but I have been like a cat chasing my tale. Then I
found your site and now I no longer feel completely
overwhelmed. I
find that it takes me several hands on learning attempts to really
learn a new skill (such as making bread) which is what makes the videos
so brilliant. The getting started section is also so
simplifying for
me. No more wondering where to start. Now I can
just start. I have
also been concerned with eating healthier, smarter and
cheaper. With
your site and now the new Eating Gourmet the Food Storage
Way–Online
Training, I will be able to learn to do all three. And in doing so I
will be able to afford more preparedness items with the money I will
save by feeding my family better. You simply can’t
beat that! Thank
you, thank you, thank you! --Michelle Eyring
Eliana and I began learning and using these same principles and
have also reduced our food bill to our amazement. Stated another way,
there have been several times (not just one or two) that because we
have purchased a bag or two of wheat or a few beans or other grains
(probably a total of $60.00) we have literally been able to eat from
those bags of food, deliciously (with a few spices and flavorings) for
more than a
month without ever stepping foot into a store, with the exception of
milk and a few vegetables. We have learned to do this, and with those
savings, we have broadened our variety. You can do that too.
The principles of using whole foods
are true
This
class will literally help you learn that. Making this transition
doesn't come overnight. As a matter of fact, if you don't do every
lesson, try every recipe and then try it again with your own twist, and
then try it again, you might be only partially successful. But if you
put your heart and mind into this class, if you learn the principle,
if you experiment with different ingredients, if you ask and
contribute, you
will experience some of the most exhilerating, life-changing
transitions in your life. You will eat healthy and save money on your
food bill.
These transitions didn't come over night, but they certainly changed
their lives:
Two
years ago we started storing food when we could afford it. I now know
that I can grind beans into flour, use them in meat dishes to extend
the meat, and most important how to use hard wheat besides just using
it in bread...which I didn't know how to make. I still have a lot to
learn but I'm more comfortable because I know that if we are in
situation where all we have is beans and a few powdered items I can
make the foods healthier (sprouting), and tastier. --Kelli
Hill
I am learning more from you than I have been able to learn in 2 years
trying to do it on my own. I am getting so much more organized. As much
as you can with 4 boys. You have made it easier to keep track of the
things I have and the things I need. You have shown me that this is so
much more simple and easier than everyone else makes it out to be. You
have been a great help to me. --Mindy
Wow. I only
discovered
this site a
few days ago and have spent several hours on it every day watching
videos and learning so much. I have made several of the
things
from the videos, bread, pitas, wheat berries, yogurt, "Wheaties" or
popped wheat, bulgar and I have more planned. It is so nice
to
learn about more than just one concept on each storage item.
Making bread from wheat is all well and good, but there is so much more
to be done with wheat, and thanks to you I am learning what that is. --Heidi
Vincent
The
time savings can be measured several ways
Saving
time can be more valuable than simple dollars and cents. I know
that as Eliana and I started scratching out this information, we had to
travel to several cities, stores, and training centers. Some of the
classes overlapped, but that was ok. Each one offered us more
information, and we felt a driving need to learn. Many times we
traveled from our home to Salt Lake City (about four hours drive) with
our children early in the morning. When we arrived, we would take turns
attending the lecture and watching the children. After the class, we
would drive another four hours home, usually arriving late in the
evening.
You will have the option of turning on the computer or picking up the
phone, no matter where you are in the world. Your children will be home
with you, safe and attended.
Since the lesson series will quickly advance through twelve weeks,
within less than three months, you will have learned what it took us
nearly two years to learn. This time-saving becomes particularly
important as the economy and world events draw more ominous, you will
be ready earlier and with more experience.
You will receive all of these benefits in this training program:
LESSONS. You
will experience 12 goal and activity centered, 60-90 minute,
interactive sessions replete with instruction, activities, questions
and answers, and weekly goals. These classes will be held with web-cam,
streaming video that will be recorded. If you have a slow internet
connection, you will be able to either listen over the computer or on a
telephone. This will allow international as well as local attendees.
This will accomodate both slow internet connections as well as
high-speed connections. You will experience these topics:
- Introductory Session. Getting started with a challenge, building groups, and knowing what to expect.
- Lesson 1: An Organized Plan. Organize your pantry with activities to match your personal situation.
- Lesson 2: The Power of Grains and Beans. Begin to use and mix grains and legumes. Use several recipes and practice experimenting with your favorites.

bread will never be better, and your family will devour it.

Powdered milk is barely the beginning. And don't think it is for
drinking. We use dairy in cook in more ways than you can imagine.

snacks with or without an electric dehydrator. Delicious, healthy
treats for pennies compared to the store prices.

90 Recipes rotated 4 times a year? And a row by row shopping list?
Anitra only teaches this method in these classes. It is so efficient
and easy, it only takes a few minutes a week. And you are likely to
slash your monthly shopping bill.
- Lesson 9: Water Purification and Storage.
Water is our most valuable commodity. We discuss the safety, the
preparation, and the storage of water. Most importantly, we discuss how
to have water when disaster destroys all available water.
- Lesson 10: Alternative Fuels.

lighting. You can store a year's supply of fuel if you know how to use
fuel efficiently and how to use versatile equipment.
- Final Review, Questions, and Goal setting, and graduation.
Each
live session will be recorded. If you cannot attend during the
live presentation, you will still hear and see all that occurred during
the session. Also, you will be able to download these sessions to your
own computer. These sessions are not just videos. Each one will include
challenges and activities. You will report and chart your progress. You
will interact via blogs and group discussion. You will not be working
alone. All of your questions will be answered either on
the calls or in
the blogs each week.
EATING
GOURMET E-BOOK.
The e-book, Eating
Gourmet the Food Storage Way,
which normally sells for $24.95, is included. Many of the recipes for
the activities will be from this e-book. You will have a chance to
select several others during the weeks to try and to report
on.
EXCLUSIVE FOCUS GROUP.
Those who choose to participate will be organized into
focus groups. These groups will communicate with each other, help and
encourage each other throughout the progression of lessons. You will not be alone.
Aaron will give you
instructions on how to set up group calls, group emails, documents, and
plans. This will be one of the most important "ingredients" of your
success.
90-Day
PLANNING CALENDAR.
Anitra will include her 90-day menu planning
calendar list. Not the calendar itself, but a list of each of the
meals. A few of the recipes are included in Eating Gourmet the Food
Storage Way eBook. Before the end of the course, you will have
developed much or all of your own calendar of 90 different meals and a
simple method of rotation.
If you learn to use this plan, you will save hours of time and hundreds
of dollars throughout the year.
BONUS.
ANITRA’S
IN-HOME CLASSES-RECORDED. We are recording each of
Anitra's in-home classes twice (Wheat, Beans, Powdered Dairy,
Dehydrating). Then Aaron will each set of two down into one session,
taking the best of each. Some of the material is the same as
in this training, but you see a different perspective, and different
recipes. Anitra's in-home classes are $35.00 per class, so this is a
$140.00 value. All of these will be available online to download before
the end of the training session.

EARLY BIRD
BONUS:
Personal Consultation. During the first class
registration, these personal consultations sold out in 7 minutes! Now,
we have another
bonus, but because
this will be very time consuming, this will be limited to only the
first 10 people who pay full registration. We will send
those 10 people a survey
about their food storage. Then we will have a 1-hour conference call
just with you by appointment with Anitra. We will
help you decide how much food you might store, how to organize it, and
how to build your personal plan. Or, we will just answer your personal
questions about your situation. (For international students, we may
need to use different technology than the telephone, but you are also
eligible.) Anitra is literally flooded with requests to do this at
$50.00 per hour. Some are willing to pay many times that. So this is a
great value.
